Recent episodes showed Isha and Samarth questioning Abhishek about his mental health, leading to a heated argument where Abhishek slapped Samarth. Despite facing criticism on the show for his mental health-related altercation, Abhishek has received support from various celebrities who admire his strength and advocacy for mental health awareness.
Abhishek found support from his former co-star Ankit Gupta. Ankit called Isha a ‘liar’ and criticized her for provoking Abhishek, saying, “Now her real personality is coming out, Isha Malviya, and what a liar she is. She knows about Abhishek’s claustrophobic condition. Stay strong Abhishek Kumar.” Additionally, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary offered cryptic support, saying, “Itna Sataoge toh, Thappad toh khaoge,” referring to the incident where Abhishek slapped Samarth.
Bigg Boss 17 contestant Aishwarya Sharma, who got eliminated, stood by Abhishek. She said, “Wah Isha Itna jaldi toh rottiyan nahi palatati jitna jaldi aap palatati ho. Actor Kanwar Dhillon, a keen follower of the show, expressed strong disapproval of the treatment of mental health issues on Bigg Boss. He said, “Making fun of somebody’s Mental Health in a show again & again is the lowest humanity can stoop down to for the sake of a game!! Isha Malviya & Samarth Jurel have been looking so negative since the last few days..Shameful.” In support of Abhishek, he said, “Abhishek Kumar has been handling it all well until now!! He has been on the wrong side a lot of times but I stand by him in this bullying & teasing.”
The whole incident involving Abhishek, Isha, and Samarth on Bigg Boss is drawing strong disapproval from the audience, who are now calling for decisive actions and consequences.
