A minor girl from Mustabada village was suffering from abdominal pain and her parents took her to the hospital for treatment. The doctors who examined the girl confirmed that the girl was pregnant. Parents were shocked by this. The real matter came to light when the worried parents reprimanded the girl.

Pulivarthi Prashanth alias (Bannu), a married man from the same village, assaulted a minor girl. The parents of the girl approached the Gannavaram police and complained that action should be taken against the accused. The police immediately arrested the accused and registered a case against him and will produce him in court. The girl was shifted to Vijayawada GGH for medical examination.
