All You Imagine as a Light movie in to Oscars

Indian director Payal Kapadia’s film ‘All You Imagine as a Light’ has a chance to win the Oscars. This is a film starring Kanikasruti, Divya Prabha in lead roles and Chayakandam in a pivotal role.

The countries of France, India, Netherlands, Italy and Luxembourg took part in the production of this movie. The film was screened at the 77th Cannes Film Festival in May this year.

The film won the prestigious Grand Prix Award at the Cannes Film Festival. Recently, the makers have started preparations to present this film in the 2025 Oscars. It is said that France has made a short list to send this film to Oscar. It is known that the 97th Oscar Awards ceremony will be held in March 2025.

The film ‘All You Imagine as a Light’ will be released in France on October 2, and this film, made in Malayalam, Hindi and Marathi languages, will be distributed in India by Hero Rana’s production company ‘Spirit Media’.

An official announcement on these matters is yet to come. The story of ‘All You Imagine as a Light’ revolves around the events that happened in the lives of two Kerala nurses Prabha (Kanikasruti) and Anu (Divya) working in Mumbai.
