Bhanu Kiran, the prime accused in the Maddela Cheruvu Suri murder case, has been released. After almost 12 years, Bhanu Kiran was released from Chanchalguda Jail.
Bhanu, who has been in jail for 12 years in the Suri murder case, was recently granted bail by the court. He was released from jail some time ago. It is known that Bhanu Kiran, the accused in the Maddela Cheruvu Suri murder case, has been granted bail. Nampally court granted bail in CID Aams Act case.
While the court sentenced him to life imprisonment in the Suri murder case, Bhanukiran has been staying in Chanchalguda jail for 12 years. Bhanu Kiran approached the Supreme Court and the High Court to grant him bail as he has been in jail for the past 12 years. But the Supreme Court said that the bail should be decided in the local court. This case (life imprisonment) will also come up for hearing on 11th of this month.
Bhanu Kiran is the prime accused in the 2011 Maddela Cheruvu Suri murder case. The Nampally court sentenced him in December 2018. On January 4, 2011, Maddela Cheruvu killed Suri. At that time this news became a big sensation. Maddela Cheruvu Suri is an accused in the murder case of late leader and TDP MLA Paritala Ravi. On January 4, Suri was shot dead by Bhanu Kiran in Hyderabad’s Sanatnagar Navodaya Colony.
Maddela Cheruvu Suri is the prime accused in the Paritala Ravi murder case. Paritala Ravi was shot dead by Suri in 2005 in a fit of rage that he had murdered everyone in his family. Then the police arrested him. On January 4, 2011, Bhanu Kiran shot and killed Suri, who was released on bail after spending her life in jail in the case of murdering Paritala Ravi.
Bhanu Kiran was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2018 by the Nampally court that heard the case. Since then, Bhanu Kiran has been in Chanchalguda jail. But when Bhanu filed a petition in the Nampally court asking him to be granted bail, the trial court granted bail to Bhanu Kiran in the CID Arms Act case.
