CM Revanth Reddy: Central Home Ministry should take initiative to solve the division problems
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been requested to cooperate in the development of Telangana. After the meeting with Prime Minister and Home Minister Amit Shah, CM and Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka spoke to the media. “Politics only during elections. After that, we met the Prime Minister and Union Ministers with the idea of maintaining good relations between the central and state governments beyond politics. We have given petitions on pending issues in various departments. We met them with the idea of working continuously for the development of the state. A positive response was also seen from the center side. Revanth Reddy said that the Union Home Ministry should take the initiative to solve the problems of division.
Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka said… “We met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the interests of the state of Telangana and the rights enshrined in the Partition Act. We have asked the Prime Minister to allocate the coal mines in the vicinity of Godavari to Singareni colliery, a public sector enterprise without auction, to give IIM to the state and to revive the ITR project. We appealed to Telangana to merge 5 villages merged in AP, to work for the construction of Kazipet Railway Coach Factory, to grant 25 lakh houses to Telangana, to set up Navodaya School in the district, to resolve the pending issues in the Partition Act, to convert the state highways into national highways. Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have responded positively to our requests,” said Bhatti Vikramarka.
