AP Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan reacted on the use of adulterated ghee in the preparation of Tirumala Laddu Prasadam. He said that everyone has to atone for the sanatana dharma for this terrible injustice done to Sri Venkateswara Swamy, the Manifestation of Kali Yuga.
He said that Tirumala Laddu Prasad, which is considered to be very sacred, has become impure as a result of the perverted trends of the past rulers. It is polluted with animal fat. Pawan Kalyan revealed that not being able to detect this sin in the first place is a stain on the Hindu society.
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan said that the moment I came to know that there were animal remains in the laddu prasad, my mind was broken. He said that it hurt me a lot that such trouble did not come to my attention in the beginning as I was fighting for the welfare of the people.
He said that everyone who believes in Sanatana Dharma should atone for this terrible injustice done to Balaji, the God of Kali Yuga. As part of that, Deputy CM Pawan said that from today (Sunday) I am going to do Prayaschitta Deeksha. Sri Dasavatara Venkateswara Swami Temple is doing the Prayaschitta Deeksha.
