He said that the credit of bringing the farmers of Telangana to the plight of not being able to sell the crop grown after hard work in the fields, even at the minimum support price, goes to the Congress party. It is a shame if the state ginning and mill owners announce that they will not buy cotton in protest against the stance of the CCI and the state government, but do not make the minimum effort to solve the problem.
