The petitioner brought to the notice of the court that the sheds were demolished on September 3 in Aminpur without giving any notice. He said that despite the interim order of the High Court, it was demolished. After the arguments, the High Court directed the Telangana government to file a counter on this petition. The High Court adjourned the further hearing for two weeks.
