HYDRA focused on illegal structures in Kokapet. In survey number 147, government lands were occupied and constructions were taken up illegally. With this, HYDRA officials went there early on Saturday morning to demolish the illegal structures built by the government.
On this occasion illegal constructions are being removed with the help of JCBs. Demolition program continues amid heavy police presence in Kokapet. Meanwhile, the state cabinet has taken a decision giving complete freedom to HYDRA.
It has decided to give special powers to Municipal Corporations, Municipalities, Revenue, Irrigation and other departments in the case of demolition of illegal structures in ponds, ponds, reservoirs, FTL, buffer zones and canals inside the Outer Ring Road (ORR). It has also decided to give legitimacy to the organization.
A state cabinet meeting was held at the Secretariat on Friday evening under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. In this meeting which was held for more than three hours, various key issues were widely discussed and decisions were taken.
