India’s Akasha Airways has disclosed that some online services including booking and check-in are temporarily unavailable due to infrastructure issues related to the service provider. It explained that only manual check-in and boarding services are available at the airports. The company explained that passengers who have booked tickets on Akasha flights should reach the airport before the specified time for check-in. To this extent information was given to the registered mobile phone of those who made advance booking.
