The heat of presidential elections in America is reaching a flag level. The states there are buzzing with campaign rallies and public meetings. Democrats are fighting to retain power and Republicans are determined to win.

Amidst these circumstances, Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for a visit to America. Travel for three days. He will attend a face-to-face meeting with the President of the country, Joe Biden. India, Australia and Japan are members of the Quad along with host USA. Along with Joe Biden and Modi, Prime Ministers of Australia and Japan Anthony Albanese and Fumio Kishida will attend this summit. The first ever Quad Leaders Summit will be held at the White House in 2021. Since then, this meeting has been organized every year.
Issues such as enhancing strategic partnership between member countries, prioritizing the creation of a free and open Indo-Pacific region, health security, disaster management, border security, infrastructure development, climate change and cyber security will be discussed.
After this, Modi will participate in the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The United Nations is entering its 80th year. The United Nations was formed on 25th October 1945. On this occasion, various programs are going to be organized throughout the year. This year’s plenary session was organized with the theme of Summit of the Future.
