Naveen Chandra as Sahu in ‘Matka’

We all know that Mega Prince Varun Tej has announced a project under the direction of Kadhana Kumar . Movie makers have locked the title ‘Matka’ for this film.

Meenakshi Chaudhary and Nora Fatehi are playing the female leads in this pan-Indian film. Varun Tej plays his most challenging role till date in Matka as the story spans 24 years from 1958 to 1982. The film showcases Varun Tej’s character’s journey from youth to old age. This period drama is being made on a huge budget.

The recently released teaser of this movie got a huge response. Recently the movie makers have released the character poster of Naveen Chandra from this movie. The movie makers revealed that the actor is playing the role of Sahu in this movie. The highly anticipated film’s action-packed teaser and making videos have created a huge buzz.

The film also stars Naveen Chandra, Ajay Ghosh, Kannada Kishore, Ravindra Vijay, P Ravi Shankar and others in pivotal roles. The technical crew consists of GV Prakash Kumar as music composer, A Kishore Kumar as cinematographer and Karthika Srinivas as editor. Produced by Dr. Vijender Reddy Thigala and Rajani Talluri under the banners of Vaira Entertainments and SRT Entertainments, G.V. Prakash Kumar is the music director. The film is slated to release on November 14.
