NCP chief Sharad Pawar’s sensational announcement

NCP chief Sharad Pawar, a political veteran and three-time chief minister, made a sensational announcement before the Maharashtra elections.

He revealed that he has no intention of contesting any election in the future. He revealed that he would think about whether to continue as a Rajya Sabha MP after his tenure. He mentioned that the term of the present Rajya Sabha MP is approaching.

“I contested elections 14 times. I will not contest for Lok Sabha. I will not contest any election. You have not defeated me in any election. You have won me every election. So I have to stop somewhere. A new generation should be brought in. But I am not leaving social work. I don’t want power,” said Sharad Pawar.

He toured Baramati constituency in support of his grandson Yugendra Pawar. The NCP (SP) leader made these interesting comments in the public election rally organized on this occasion.
