Andhra Latest News: Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Pawan Kalyan has ordered the officials that whenever they visit other states and Delhi on behalf of our state for government functions, they have to take polite mementos from Lepakshi. Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has decided that the guests have to be honored only with works of art created by the artisans of our state only.
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan explained that through this, the wealth of art of the state of Andhra Pradesh will find an opportunity for promotion, and handicrafts will be encouraged. Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has announced to provide only Lepakshi artworks as souvenirs to the guests who attend the meetings of state parties. Lepakshi people took a few artworks to Pawan Kalyan’s residence in Mangalagiri. Pawan explained to Kalyan all the works of art that were created all over the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Pawan Kalyan inspected the works of art in the Lepakshi Institute. Pawan Kalyan, who himself examined the works of art of Lepakshi, appreciated the artists who created them, being well aware of their details and the talent of those artists. DCM Pawan Kalyan has directed the concerned officials to pack the art works in Lepakshi, put a card on that carrying the government stamp, details of the art works along with it and distribute as a gift to the guests.
On the same event Pawan Kalyan’s daughter Adhya Kalamkari fell in love with the bag and stick figures made of cloth. The things daughter Adhya likes were bought by Pawan Kalyan, who paid the bills immediately and gifted the bag and toys to his daughter Adhya. Addressing the same event, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan said, “It is our duty to speak about Lepakshi artworks and encourage time and again those artisans who created these artworks. It is well-known that Lepakshi artworks are enjoyed by many artists as well as state nationals and foreigners.”.
