Beauty Updates: Pimples occur mostly on the forehead during winter . These are small but can cause excruciating pain. Experts say that this type of acne occurs due to hormonal imbalance, genes and lack of hygiene. Let’s find out ways to avoid them!
- Everyone has dandruff in winter. When it gets on the forehead, the bacteria in it gets into the skin pores and clogs them, causing pimples. That is why the head should be kept clean. If there are dandruff and ticks, they should be treated for their prevention.
- When hormones are not functioning properly in the body, excess oil is produced from the pores of the skin. It combines with dead skin cells, sweat, and other bacteria on the skin to clog pores. Even then pimples will occur. People with oily skin are more prone to this problem. Washing your face as often as possible, keeping your pillowcases clean, and not touching your forehead with your hands can reduce acne.
- Put two spoons of jojoba oil or coconut oil in a bowl and add two drops of tea tree oil to it and apply the mixture on the forehead with the help of a cotton ball to kill the germs in the pimples. Adding enough honey to two spoons of turmeric and applying the mixture on the pimples also gives good results. Mix one spoon of apple cider vinegar with three spoons of water and apply the mixture on the forehead and keep it overnight and wash it off with lukewarm water in the morning. Doing this every two days prevents pimples from growing.
