Krishna Kunapuli, 39, was arrested last week for masturbating and flashing on a flight from Abu Dhabi to Boston.
He started by invading the space of a female passenger, touching her hair, and taking pictures of her without permission.

Later, two other men on the plane could see under a blanket he used as a cover that he was masturbating, fully exposing himself. The disgusting behavior was reported by one of the passengers to the flight attendants who made the call to law enforcement on arrival.
It was not just a shameful incident on the part of the 39-year-old man, as the name of the community gets demeaned overseas, for which he should feel shame. The judgment by the admission of such a blatant violation of privacy seems a tad lenient at the very least.

At least, a flying ban on the individual is in order to make an example out of him. It certainly raises questions about the need for tougher punishments for those who transgress public and personal boundaries.
