YCP Leaders Face Legal Action for Land Grabbing

Key YSP leaders who are already involved in land grabbing and illegal activities in the Kadiri constituency are absconding. The municipal commissioner complained on the 13th of last month that Shamir Bhasha has encroached on government land in survey number under Kadiri municipality. The police registered a case on this and registered a case under various sections against Shamir Bhasha along with RI Munwar Bhasha and other YCP leaders. On learning this information, some of the YCP leaders went into hiding and others fled. Shamir Bhasha was detained and questioned by the police on Sunday. During the search at his house, many fake house titles and fake passbooks were seized.

During the previous YCP government’s tenure, there were many complaints against the YCP leaders for creating fake house titles and fake passbooks with the help of RI Munwar Bhasha. As part of that, the Municipal Commissioner filed a written complaint. The municipal commissioner complained to the police that the YCP leaders had seized land worth crores of rupees in Kadiri town, created fake tracks, and seized the government land. The police registered a case and took action to this extent.
