Minister Seethakka reviewed the sanitation management in villages. Speaking on this occasion, Minister Seethakka congratulated all those who made cleanliness and greenness a success. He said that from the district level officials to the sanitation workers, they worked hard.
He said that the staff who have performed well will be honored on August 15. He said that more work has been done compared to the past, but there is a need to improve. He said that the Cleanliness-Greenness Drive will continue for three days every month from now on. He said that there is a danger of losing lives with snakes.
He said to focus on cleaning, if there is any news about sanitation defects, correct them. Officers should be more accessible to the public till Sarpanch elections and GP Special Officers have been ordered to be available in the villages for at least three hours in the morning. The membership of women’s associations should be increased to one crore people. He said that the participation of SC and ST women in Mahila Shakti program should be increased.
