The Enforcement Directorate, which is part of the Indian right agency, is looking into the Fairplay case that concerns the Mahadev Betting app and Bollywood actors. In the past, they interrogated singer Badshah and the managers employed by actors Sanjay Dutt and Jacqueline Fernandez. That the action of the ED is in tandem with the FIR registered by Maharashtra Cyber Police on a complaint by M/s. Viacom18 Media Pvt. Limited. The ED officials said that while searching an event management company based in Mumbai, they came across documents concerning payments to celebrities for mis-selling the Fairplay.

The allegations made against Jacqueline Fernandez include that she embezzled money from Dubai-based Trim General Trading LLC and against Badshah that he received money from Melbourne’s Lyukos Group FZF.
