Andhra Pradesh latest news, Amaravathi : District Collectors’ conference has started in AP. All District Collectors and senior officers of various departments attended this conference. CM Chandrababu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and ministers participated.
CM Chandrababu will give directions to the officials in the conference which started at the Velagapudi Secretariat.
In order to develop the tribal areas, the state government has decided to conduct a comprehensive survey on the condition of the people there. All details including Aadhaar, ration cards, residential houses, drinking water facilities, roads and agriculture will be collected in those areas. A special app is being created for this purpose. The survey will start on 7th August and will be completed by 20th. Along with reviving self-employment loans to BCs, the focus is on identifying sites for construction of BC Bhavan, community halls, and granting subsidized loans through centrally sponsored schemes. A comprehensive plan will be prepared on the welfare and development schemes to be undertaken by communities. The CM will give direction on these issues in the collectors’ conference. Department-wise targets will be set on the progress to be achieved in 100 days.
