Andhra Pradesh latest news : The state government has appointed a committee with technical experts to study the status of stalled structures in the capital region of AP. An order has been issued appointing Chief Engineers of R&B, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, APCPDCL, AP CRDA, ADC and a representative from Vigilance and Enforcement Directorate as members of this committee, which has been constituted as the Chairman of the Engineer-in-Chief of the Department of Public Health.
The technical committee has been instructed to examine different constructions undertaken in the capital region. The committee will give suggestions on where to start the stalled construction works. The committee will examine the strength and condition of various structures and make recommendations. It will also examine the destruction of roads, pipelines and other issues in the capital Amaravati.
