Opposing this decision, several parties from Jammu and Kashmir approached the Supreme Court. It is known that the Supreme Court has ruled that the abrogation of Article 370 is constitutional. The article concluded that it was only a temporary arrangement but not permanent. It has made it clear that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India.
