Andhra Pradesh latest news : Former Kakinada District Pithapuram YSRCP MLA Pendem Dorababu will leave the party. Along with him, the chief leaders of three mandals in the constituency seem to be thinking of saying goodbye to the party.
Pendem, who is disappointed after not getting a ticket from the party in the recent elections, is staying away from party activities. He contested from YSRCP in 2014 and lost. He competed in 2019 and won.
In 2024, Adhisthanam did not considered Dorababu, but Vanga Geetha get a chance. Besides this, setting up the Vanga Geetha Party office near Pendem’s house further fuelled Dora Babu’s discontent. Dorababu decided to leave the party before the election, but then Jagan calmed him down. However, in this election, Dorababu acted as if he was not an opponent.
Currently decided to leave YSRCP. When media contacted Pendem Dorababu about this, he clarified that he is resigning from the party. He said he will announce his resignation at his home in Pithapuram on Wednesday. He said that he will meet with the ranks later and announce the future action.
