Subhash. Remarriage without divorce is against the employee code of conduct. The commissioner of the department Satyanarayana issued a reminder to the suspended assistant commissioner K. Shanthi saying that he should give an answer within 15 days. He said that the reputation of the Department of Religion has been damaged by her behavior and he asked for an explanation. The commissioner issued orders registering six new charges against her. As various allegations have already been made against Shanti, he was suspended on the 2nd of this month and nine charges were registered. The issues mentioned in her recent press conference were six new charges related to violations committed during her tenure as Assistant Commissioner in the joint Visakhapatnam district.
These are the new charges.
