Telangana latest news : Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti presented the budget proposals in Vikramarka Sabha. He started his budget speech at exactly 12 noon.
The fact that this is the first full budget to be presented after the Congress party came to power under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has gained importance.
Department wise – Parks- Rs. 737 crores, Roads and buildings- Rs. 5,790 crores, Home Department- Rs. 9,564 crores, Animal Husbandry Department- 1,980 crores, Education Department Rs. 21,292 crores, Rs.22,301 crores for water drainage department and Rs.3,836 crores for public distribution.
Griha Jyoti- Rs.2,418 crores, Industries Department- Rs.2,762 crores, IT Department- Rs.774 crores, Rs.723 crores for Rs.500 gas cylinder, Forests-Environment Department- Rs.1,064 crores, Transco, DISCOM- Rs.16,410 crores , Medical and Health Department- gave Rs.11,468 crores.
BC Welfare Rs.9,200 crore, Minority Department- Rs.3,003 crore, Women and Child Welfare Department- Rs.2,736 crore, Regional Ring Road- Rs.1,525 crore, SC Welfare- Rs.33,124 crore, ST Welfare- Rs.17,056 crore, GHMC An amount of Rs.3,065 crore has been allocated for the creation of infrastructure in the area.
