Andhra Pradesh latest news : On behalf of the people of AP, CM Chandrababu thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for allocating funds to the state in the Union Budget.
Appreciating the needs of Andhra Pradesh and focusing on the capital, Polavaram and industrial sectors, the post was posted in X. He said that the contribution from the Center for the development of backward areas will be very useful for the reconstruction of AP. Appreciated the Center for presenting a confidence-building budget for the state. Chandrababu stated that AP is falling into the groove again.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has given good news in the budget to help Andhra Pradesh, which suffered severe economic losses during the last five years of Vaikapa rule after the bifurcation of the state. Special financial assistance has been announced for AP in the Union Budget. It has been announced that financial assistance of Rs. 15 thousand crores will be given for the development of capital Amaravati. He said that more additional funds will be allocated in the future as per the need. Andhra Pradesh State is the lifeline of farmers.
The project is crucial for India’s food security. Nirmalamma assured that the construction of Polavaram will be done soon. Niramala Sitharaman announced that a special package will be given to backward areas in AP. Rayalaseema, Prakasam and Uttarandhra districts will be granted funds under a special package. The Union Minister revealed that special support will be provided for industrial development as per the Partition Act. Special funds will be provided for the development of Hyderabad-Bangalore Industrial Corridor. Special assistance will be given to the nodes in Visakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor. He said that funds will be allocated for the development of water, electricity, roads and highways for the industrial centers of Kopparthi and Orvakallu. The Union Minister said that funds will be given to Kopparthi in the Visakha-Chennai corridor and Orvakallu in the Hyderabad-Bangalore corridor.
