Budget 2024 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the Union Budget 2024-25 presented by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the Lok Sabha . He said that this budget will benefit all sections of the society.
Modi expressed confidence that it will lay the foundation for a developed country. He expressed hope that the rural, poor and farmers will benefit from the budget allocations. It will increase the standards of education and skills. Modi expressed confidence that it will give new strength to the middle class.
Narendra Modi said that this budget is women centric and this budget will contribute to the development of women leadership and more participation of women in the workforce. He said that the government has focused on reducing the tax burden by relaxing the rules in the new tax system. Modi said that Rs.1,000 crore has been allocated for the development of the space sector. He said that allocations have been made in the budget for new innovations and new start-up sectors.
On behalf of the people of Andhra Pradesh, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for identifying the needs of AP and making budget allocations accordingly. It is gratifying that the central government is focusing on the development of AP capital Amaravati, Polavaram project, industrial sector and backward areas of AP. Chandrababu said that this cooperation provided by the Center towards the reconstruction of AP will be very helpful.
