Telangana latest news : The bail petition of BRS MLC Kavitha, who is arrested in the Delhi liquor scam case, will be heard in Rouse Avenue Court today.
Kavita was first arrested by the ED on March 15 and later by the CBI on April 11. Earlier, the trial court dismissed the petition to grant general bail in both cases filed by ED and CBI. When this order was challenged in the Delhi High Court, there was disappointment.
Against this backdrop, a bail petition was again filed in the trial court. The trial court judge Kaveri Baweja, who heard this on July 22, adjourned the case till today. It will be interesting to see what kind of decision will come out on this. Already KTR, Harish Rao, Jagdish Reddy and other BRS leaders are on a visit to Delhi.
