Raayan Set for August 30 OTT Release?

Telugu Movie News : Dhanush’s second directorial venture, Raayan, has achieved remarkable success in both Telugu and Tamil cinemas, surpassing all his previous records by crossing the Rs. 100 crore gross mark at the box office.

In Tamil Nadu alone, the Maari actor’s film has grossed Rs. 65 crore, making it the highest-grossing Kollywood movie of the year. This gripping gangster drama features an impressive ensemble cast, including S.J. Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Aparna Balamurali, and Dushara Vijayan, with Dhanush himself in the lead role.

There is now talk that Raayan will start streaming its sequence on Amazon Prime Video from August 30. Still, the streaming platform has not officially announced this release.

The film being under Sun Pictures might also be launched on the SunNXT platform. The music was produced by the well renowned A. R. Rahman, the film was edited by Prasanna GK, the cinematographer was Om Prakash.
