Superstar Rajinikanth’s next film with director Lokesh Kanagaraj is titled Coolie, set against a backdrop of gold smuggling. The title teaser has dropped and it’s already a hit, thanks to Anirudh’s fantastic score.
The latest buzz is that shooting for Coolie will kick off on July 1. Pre-production work is in full swing, with Lokesh Kanagaraj busy finalizing the cast. The movie is being produced by the well-known Sun Pictures.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth is also gearing up for his next release, Vettaiyan, directed by TJ Gnanavel. Rajini has finished his part of the shoot for this movie, which boasts an impressive cast including Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Dushara Vijayan, and Ritika Singh. Produced by Subaskaran under the Lyca Productions banner, Vettaiyan is set to hit theaters on October 10, 2024, in multiple languages, including Telugu.
