In a heartbreaking twist of fate, Vansh Patel joyous graduation night turned into a nightmare. Following his high school ceremony at Deerfield Windsor School in Albany, Georgia, Vansh found himself in a devastating car accident.

The crash left him severely injured and tragically claimed the life of his close friend and driver, David Mullins. Rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA, on May 20th, Vansh has been fighting for his life in the ICU for nearly two weeks, enduring numerous surgeries with more to come.

His path to recovery is challenging, requiring extensive rehabilitation and ongoing physical therapy. Amidst this difficult time, Vansh’s brother, Rishi Patel, has launched a fundraising campaign to ease the burden of mounting medical bills and necessary treatments.

Vansh had promising plans ahead. A standout student at Deerfield Windsor School, he actively participated in sports and extracurricular activities. With dreams of pursuing a career in the dental or medical field, he had hoped to attend the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Despite the hurdles he faces, Vansh remains resilient, holding onto hope and determination as he navigates this difficult journey.
