Kesineni Swetha : After an enduring association spanning several decades with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani has made a significant announcement, revealing his intention to step down from his MP post and sever ties with the TDP. Notably, Nani’s decision has also had a ripple effect within his family, as his daughter, Kesineni Swetha, is following suit. Swetha has taken a parallel step by submitting her resignation for the Vijayawada 11th division corporator post, marking a collective departure from the TDP for the father-daughter duo.
The formalities of Swetha’s resignation are currently in progress after being submitted to the mayor this morning. Once the approval is secured, Swetha plans to officially sever her ties with the TDP, aligning her political trajectory with her father’s decision.
