Latest News in India: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday, making scathing remarks on social media platform ‘X’ in the wake of opposition criticism that non-ND parties have shown opposition to ruling states in the Union Budget 2024. He said that they would be left alone if political whims were going to run the government. Now that the elections are over, he should think about the country, he said.
“You want to take revenge on those who defeated you in the Lok Sabha elections. Elections are over. Now we have to think about the country. The Union Budget presented on Tuesday will only save your government, not the country. Run the government impartially. Don’t take revenge on those who defeated you. If you want to run the government according to your political preferences, you will be left alone,” Stalin said in the tweet.
