The Telangana Cabinet meeting wrapped up on Monday after more than 3 hours with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at the helm. Here’s what went down:
The government has planned a big bash for Statehood Day on June 2 and has decided to invite Congress President Sonia Gandhi to join the celebrations.
In additional developments, district collectors are now responsible for purchasing all grain. CM Revanth made it clear that they needed to buy every last piece to ensure farmers would not lose money.
Additionally, there is some good news for farmers! Starting next season, they would receive a Rs.500 premium on the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for Sannavads.
