Fifth Phase of Voting Ends with 56.68% Turnout

Fifth phase of general elections concludes with 56.68% voter turnout.

Surveying for the Fifth Phase Elections of the overall political race closed at 5 pm on Monday, covering 49 bodies electorate across 6 states and 2 association domains. The elector turnout remained at 56.68% toward the finish of surveying.

Up to this point, surveying has been led for 430 Lok Sabha seats in 5 stages. The 6th stage is planned for May 25th, trailed by the seventh stage on June first. The Political decision Commission has reported that the Lok Sabha political race results will be pronounced on June fourth.

As per the Political race Commission, the citizen turnout for the initial four stages was 66.95%. The fifth stage saw surveying in Uttar Pradesh (14), Maharashtra (13), West Bengal (7), Bihar (5), Odisha (5), and Jharkhand (3), alongside the association domains of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
