Neerabh Kumar Prasad Appointed as New Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh

Andhra Pradesh government declared the arrangement of Neerabh Kumar Prasad as the unused Chief Secretary of the state. Prasad, an IAS officer from the 1987 batch, is currently the Special Chief Secretary for Environment, Forest, Science, and Technology.

The current Chief Secretary, KS Jawahar Reddy, who is on leave, has been transferred without a new posting. Jawahar Reddy is set to retire at the end of this month.
