NTR Birth Anniversary: Telugu Desam Party was not born for politics. The new revolution in Telugu society belongs to that party. Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Garu was born in Nimmakuru, Gudivada Constituency of Krishna District. Born in a simple family, he first got a job. It was at that time that he revealed his passion for art. Entered as a stage artist. He went to Madras with a strong determination to excel in the world of cinema. Overcame many difficulties and got a chance to film. Entertained in the Telugu film industry with mythological films. Navarasa got recognition as a sovereign actor. Telugu film industry has become one and only legendary. He became a god among the poor by introducing a scheme of kilo rice for a rupee. Reservations were made for the backward classes and their lives were ensured. He was the great man who gave equal property rights to women.
NTR was the first leader to face the Congress party at the national level. He also played a key role in building coalition governments in the country. It was he who united the regional parties against the Congress party. But such NTR’s difficulties in the last days is a huge disadvantage. His own family members turning against each other..
