Swati Maliwal detailing assault in FIR against Delhi CM's personal secretary Bibhav Kumar, describing physical and verbal abuse at Arvind Kejriwal's residence.

Swati Maliwal, an AAP Rajya Sabha member, has filed a formal complaint with the Delhi Police about intense harassment and torment she claimed to have endured in the house of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Swati Maliwal FIR shows that this incident happened on May 13th, and it contains a very disturbing account of what took place. After being assaulted, she called emergency number 112 where she says Bibhav Kumar, Kejriwal’s personal secretary threatened her by telling her: “Do whatever you want. You cannot ruin my life for me I will bury [you] somewhere such that nobody ever gets to know.”

That day at around 9 a.m., Swati Maliwal visited Kejriwal’s house in Flagstaff Road, Civil Lines, Delhi. She used the main entrance as usual because Bibhav Kumar was not at the gate. She told the staffs that she arrived and they directed her into drawing room where she waited for Kejriwal.

Bibhav Kumar suddenly appeared in the room shouting abuses at him without any provocation. According to Maliwal he refused to stop or call his boss who is CM when asked and instead he started by insulting her and then continued to show off his power over her aggressively till he allegedly slapped her several times while screaming loudly for help.
