Power Star Pawan Kalyan recently ran as an MLA candidate for the Pithapuram constituency in the Andhra Pradesh general elections. Many fans and supporters believe that the actor will win, with the election results set to be announced on June 4, 2024.
In the meantime, Pawan Kalyan has been busy with his film career and has three movies lined up. One of these movies is titled “They Call Him OG” (simply known as OG). The shooting of OG was going smoothly until Pawan Kalyan had to pause for his election campaign. According to recent industry buzz, he is expected to resume filming for OG at the end of June 2024. However, the film’s team has not yet officially confirmed this information.
OG is directed by young filmmaker Sujeeth, marking his third directorial project. The movie stars Priyanka Arul Mohan as the female lead and features an ensemble cast including Emraan Hashmi, Sriya Reddy, Prakash Raj, Arjun Das, and Harish Uthaman in significant roles. The film is produced by DVV Danayya, with music composed by Thaman. OG is scheduled to be released on September 27, 2024.
