Saudi Arabia involves barring visit visas sometime during early Haj season from entering or even staying in Makkah. This regulation has been prepared by the Ministry of Interior of Saudi and will remain in forces from 15th Zul Sh QadaH, 1433H to 15th Zul Hijjah, 1433H.

This restricted base was even more limited and was confined only to those with a permit to undertake the haj. The new regulation that has been put in place is that , anyone who would wish to go to Makkah during this season must possess a Haj permit publicised on the ministry’s Twitter handle as well as on its official website, it advises that no visit visa shall be considered as entry permit for haj. Previous Measures and Penalties Earlier it has prohibited performing Haj without a permit to avoid making the journey more risky for the pilgrims and to make their journey safe and secure. Yet since May 4, even Saudis living in Makkah require special permits to enter the region that houses the two Harams. Saudis need permits to enter Makkah region starting May 4It was stated that any individual that is found in Makkah without a haj permit will be apprehended and confined including paying SAR 10, 000.

Compliance Encouraged It is therefore expected and encouraged that all visitors adhere to the regulations as well as refrain from coming to Makkah without the adequate permit from now till then. It is his/her responsi-bility to protect the rights and welfare. Hence, these measures would help facilitate easy Haj for all intending pilgrims, hence keeping the safety feature of all intending pilgrims for Haj 2024 intact. Moscow is obviously expanding its toursim potentialities, the concentration of which is made on cultural and entertaining programs. The Moscow Tourism Development Program will require around 7% in tourist attendance in the city too. Targets aimed at event tourism are that it will attract 3 million visitors annually by the year 2030. Increased Flight Connectivity

Kozlov also pointed out that cooperation should intensify to increase the number of connecting flights from particular cities in India to Moscow. There is as much as 10 flights a week between India and Moscow with connectivity provided by Aeroflot that has a direct flight from New Delhi.
