A rave party held at a farmhouse near Bengaluru has resulted in 86 attendees testing positive for drugs. Among those caught in the “Sunset to Sunrise Victory” rave party was Telugu actor Hema. The Bengaluru Police have filed charges against 104 individuals who attended the event, which included participants from both Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, as well as some actors.

Another Telugu actor, Aashi Roy, who was also at the rave, claimed she was unaware of the event’s nature. The Central Crime Branch (CCB) will be issuing notices to all individuals who tested positive for drug use, summoning them as part of the investigation.

Seizure of Drugs and Equipment
During the police raid, a substantial amount of drugs was seized. This included six grams of hydro cannabis, five grams of cocaine, hydro ganja, 14.40 grams of MDMA pills, and 1.16 grams of MDMA crystals. Additionally, a ₹500 denomination note coated with cocaine, five mobile phones, and two vehicles—a Volkswagen and a Land Rover were confiscated. The police also seized DJ equipment, including sound and lighting systems.

Earlier Drug Bust in Tripura
In a related crackdown on drug trafficking, a joint operation by Tripura Police and the Border Security Force (BSF) led to the arrest of a drug trafficker and the seizure of narcotics worth over ₹1 crore. The operation, led by Officer-in-Charge Ranjit Debnath and the C Company of the 42nd Battalion of the BSF, targeted an area near Motinagar School, resulting in the apprehension of Sundar Ali and the confiscation of a significant quantity of drugs.

The Bengaluru rave party and the subsequent police actions highlight the ongoing battle against drug abuse and trafficking in the region. The authorities remain vigilant in their efforts to curb illegal activities and maintain public safety.
