The Election Commission of India (ECI) is investigating the activities of Palnadu Region Panchayat Official (DPO) Vijayabhaskar Reddy during the Macherla constituency elections. Reddy who was liable for webcasting and observing, is being examined because of reports of savagery during the surveys.
During voting at the Palvai Gate polling booth YSR Congress Party MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy was seen destroying an EVM on camera. However it’s claimed that DPO Reddy didn’t tell anyone about this not even higher-ups.
After objections were made by TDP pioneers to the Election Commission, the commission advised Gatherer Balaji to investigate the matter and give a nitty gritty report.
