Today it has been reported that NTR a Tollywood superstar has filed a case in the High Court over ownership of land in Jubilee Hills.However his team came up with a response to these allegations.However, it has been revealed that NTR had already sold the plot as at 2013 and NTR’s spokespersons maintained that he should not be associated with the issue since he is no longer linked to it.The genesis of the matter dates back to 2003 when NTR bought land on Jubilee Hills Road No. 75 in Hyderabad from a lady who later turned out to have various loans against the said property.
The banks forwarded a recovery petition of those debts to Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) which ruled that the banks retained title to the land.Nonetheless, his team issued a press note reaffirming its position that there was no truth regarding such rumors and claims made indicating that NTR had approached court after submitting an appeal challenging DRT’s decision.As for this dispute also, NTR hasn’t gone before the court because he doesn’t have any association with any aspect or parts of what is being contested.
