The Election Commission gave Revanth Sarkar some good news in Telangana. They got the green light to hold a grand statehood celebration. The government is gearing up to host this big event on June 2 at the Parade Grounds in Secunderabad. First, on June 2, CM Revanth Reddy will pay his respects at the Martyrs’ Stupa at Gunpark. After that, there will be a big gathering at the Parade Grounds. Word is that Sonia Gandhi will be the chief guest for this event.

The government plans to memorialize the martyrs by inviting Telangana activists, poets, and singers, as well as their relatives. They even want to welcome Telangana’s first Chief Minister, KCR. The government has already asked Keeravani to record Telangana’s state hymn, “Jaya Jayahe Telangana.” They may release this song on the same day. This would be the first time the Congress government has celebrated in such a spectacular style since taking office.
